PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position-adjusting device that can adjust the height and tilt using simple constitution, regardless of the internal structure of installed equipment and is made compact and superior in portability. SOLUTION: A position-adjusting mechanism 1, which is provided to a projector 2 and adjusts the attitude of the projector 2, is equipped with a turntable 3 which supports the projector 2 from below and rotates the projector 2 nearly horizontally and leg parts 14, 15, and 16 which support the turntable 3 on an installation surface 4 at three places and enable the three places to move in the vertical directions.
