PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel having a high-moistureproofness and a high sensitivity and capable of producing a high-quality image. SOLUTION: A removable film 5 comprising a removable film substrate 2 and an adhesive layer 3 provided on the substrate 2 is bonded on a transparent thin film 4 having a thickness of 1-10μm or less to form a laminated film. A moistureproof layer 6 is provided on the transparent thin film 4 side of the removable film 5 to form a transparent, moistureproof film 7. The transparent, moistureproof film 7 is provided on a photostimulated fluorescent matter layer 1 with an adhesive layer 8 between the film 7 and the layer 1.
