PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the damping structure of a bolt joint to obtain an initial damping performance for a long time. SOLUTION: A first pressure welding plate 14 belonging to the one skeletal member and a second pressure welding plate 10 belonging to the other skeletal members 10 and 12 are laminated with each other. A bolt axial force is relatively movably applied between the two pressure welding plates 14-10 and 12. Relative movement between the two pressure welding plates 14-10 and 12 is allowed by a vibration displacement force exceeding a given value inputted between the two pressure welding plates 14-10 and 12, and damping is effected between the two skeletal members by a frictional resistance force generated between the two pressure welding plates 14-10 and 12. In the damping structure, described above, of a bolt joint, a friction plate 22 and a slide plate S are located in a laminated state. The friction plate 22 and the slide plate S are so formed that a fiction factor between the plates and the first pressure welding plate 14 or the second pressure welding plates 10 and 12 is set to a value higher than a friction factor between the friction plate 22 and the slide plate S.
