PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulating performance between a freezing chamber and outside air. SOLUTION: This cold insulating warehouse has an access 30 provided in a top face 10a of a body 10 with a sliding door 31. On the lower side of the access 30, a natural convection chamber 60 is formed whose periphery is encircled by heat insulating walls 43, 43a and which is partitioned from the freezing chamber 11 with a bottom plate 53 set with a through-hole 54. On the lower side of the natural convection chamber 60, a cold storage box 45 is provided with its upper and lower faces open and its peripheral face having proper vent holes. A shelf board 56 is set somewhat downward therefrom. An ice coated can A storing ice cream passes from the access 30 through the through-hole 54 of the bottom plate 53 of the natural convection chamber 60 and falls down into the cold storage box 45, and it is received by the shelf board 56. Its most part at the lower side is forced into the freezing chamber 11 and its upper face is supported facing the natural convection chamber 60 in its bottom.
