PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preparing an individual learning print and a program thereof which enable an instructor or a learner himself to easily output the learning print, for each individual learner. SOLUTION: A bar code reader BR which reads bar codes making it possible to discriminate learner information for specifying the learner, question information for specifying learning questions and result information for specifying results obtained by marking the learning questions, so as to acquire the information, and a data generating means which generates, based on the acquired information, print data for each learner that contain a child/pupil code and a set of learning question data extracted from a question data base DB1 and the data as to the fresh bar code enabling discrimination of the learner information, the question information and the result information, are provided in the system SYS for preparing the individual learning print.
