PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to especially provide any space for forming the passage of air, and to reduce constraint at the time of mounting this cooling module on thin electronic equipment or the like while increasing the blast weight of a fan. SOLUTION: At least, intake air holes 17 are arranged in different three directions(upper, lower and both sides) in the periphery of a fan 3. Then, even when a shaft 2 is arranged along a short hand direction or long hand direction in a case body A, air can be largely taken in the fan 3 by preventing the short hand(vertical) direction of the case body A. Also, it is not necessary to especially secure a space for inhaling air between a casing 5 and the short hand directional inner face of the case body A, and it is possible to reduce constraint at the time of mounting this cooling module on the case body A, and to increase the degree of freedom while increasing the blast weight of the fan 3.
