摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver added tin-containing indium oxide particle suitable as a material for coating type transparent conductive film or the like, a method of manufacturing the same and a conductive sheet having coating film excellent in transparency and conductivity using the resultant particle. SOLUTION: An aluminum substituted tin-containing indium oxide particle is obtained by adding an aqueous solution of indium salt at 20-90°C into an alkali solution in which tin salt is dissolved beforehand, adding an aluminum compound into the resultant hydroxide or hydride containing tin and indium, heating the resultant substance at 110-300°C in the presence of water, filtering and drying then heat-treating at 300-1,000°C in the air. The silver added tin-containing indium oxide particle having 10-200 nm average particle diameter for which 0.5-15 mol% aluminum substitutes and to which 0.5-10 wt.% silver is stuck is obtained by covering the aluminum substituted tin-containing indium oxide particle with silver and heat-treating the resultant substance at 150-500°C under a reducing atmosphere.
