The invention relates to a method for producing a luminous device comprising at least one body which surrounds an illuminant and into which a current supplying device is introduced. Said method comprises the following steps: a current supplying device is inserted into the body comprising at least one open end and consisting of a glass composition, at the at least one open end thereof; the at least one open end of the body is melted with the current supplying device and/or the current supplying unit and/or is joined to the current supplying device and/or the current-supplying unit; and the body is partially or fully ceramised.
