An installation device for connecting shell-shaped longitudinal segments of a jacket body forming a hollow space with an open face. At least one tool pair having an inner tool movably guided within the hollow space longitudinally of the jacket body further comprising an outer tool movably guided longitudinally outside the hollow space. The tools act together across the longitudinal direction. A carrier pair formed by an inner guide carrier extends longitudinally and guides the inner tool within the hollow space, and comprises an outer guide carrier that extends longitudinally and guides the outer tool. Each guide carrier is rotatably held and fastenable according to at least one longitudinal rotary axis oriented by the outer longitudinal contour, and slidably held and fastenable in at least two separate spatial directions extending across the longitudinal direction, such that the tools acting together selectively take up different positions on the longitudinal circumference. |
