<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach and detach a filter in a clean space in a short time in a fan filter unit, and to space-save in an attaching and detaching structure, standardize a fixing position in selecting a filter appropriate for use, and realize compatibility of fixing position between filters different in type. <P>SOLUTION: A fan unit 3 including a fan 1 and a motor 1 is housed in a chamber 4, and a dust eliminating filter 5 is disposed on the downstream side of the fan unit 3 to constitute an air purifying unit 6. A metal fitting 9 is composed of a receiving fitting 7 and stopping fitting 8. The chamber 4 is provided with a plurality of receiving fittings 7. The stopping fittings 8 of the same number as that of the fittings 7 are disposed in the dust eliminating filter 5. The receiving fittings 7 and the stopping fittings 8 are joined in pair. Thus, the chamber 4 and the dust eliminating filter 5 are joined to obtain a filter mount structure for the fan filter unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
