<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system using a touch panel device, allowing two-way voice information transmission with a user by a calling means in addition to visual information provision displayed on a touch panel, and allowing an information manager side to perform the voice information transmission while visually recognizing a situation of the user by a network camera to always and properly provide information to the user. <P>SOLUTION: A central control part 3 installed to a coin-operated laundry store 2, the calling means 44, the network camera 12 and the touch panel device 40 are connected to the Internet 27 and a public network 28 via an ADSL line 24. The ADSL line 24 and the Internet 27 is normally connected. The Internet 27 are normally connected with a central controller 16 on a coin-operated laundry manager side 15 through servers 26, 51.
