摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic filter which can remarkably increase magnetic gradient and can drastically increase magnetic separation efficiency by a simple and superior means capable of micronizing a magnetic body and having reproducibility of manufacturing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic body is filled by an electrolytic deposition method into minute holes distributed on alumina, in particular, in alumina obtained by an anodic oxidation method, to form the surface of alumina into minute magnetic body structure. Alumina is processed into an appropriate shape for allowing passing of liquid or gas, passages are formed, flow passages are attached for liquid or gas, and set in a magnetic field. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
