<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bottle for a toner/developer inexpensively even when only a reproduced raw material having dispersed quality is used and the bottle for the toner/developer using the reproduced raw material. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the bottle for the toner/developer, a substrate resin containing a polyethylene terephthalate resin as a main component is used. In the production method for the bottle for the toner/developer to manufacture at least a spout by injection molding, a reproduced polyethylene terephthalate resin is used as the above terephthalate resin. The kinetic viscosity of the reproduced polyethylene terephthalate resin is measured by using a capillary tube type viscometer. The heating temperature of the injection molding, an injection time, and a cooling time are set in a specified range corresponding to the measured kinetic viscosity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
