<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of wet-spraying by which a constructed body having high aging strength is obtained using a premix material containing high refractory highly activated general purpose alumina cement containing ≥15 mass% CaO-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>as a clinker mineral and capable of keeping flowability for a long time when being kneaded with water. <P>SOLUTION: In the wet-spraying method, the premix material obtained by adding a dispersing agent and a hydration stopping agent for the alumina cement into a refractory composition containing the alumina cement containing refractory aggregate, refractory fine powder and ≥15 mass% CaO-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>as the clinker mineral is kneaded with water, transported to a spray nozzle by a force feed pomp and sprayed by the spray nozzle while adding a quick setting agent with compressive air. The hydration stopping agent comprises a material exhibiting acidity in a state of an aqueous solution and is added in a quantity with which the pH of the premix material becomes 2-7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
