<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant for replacing an articulation bone end part adjacent a skeletal joint, a tibial bearing component, and a tibia implant. <P>SOLUTION: This implant includes individual subcomponents 20, 22 having different physical and/or mechanical properties joined together into a multipart implant component 12. As a material for a first component, high density polyethylene of a polymer or ceramics is used.
