<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and appropriately save a new folder or file even if the number of folders or files storable in one folder is limited. <P>SOLUTION: Upon an instruction to save a new folder or file in an existing folder set in a memory device, a computer device determines whether the number of folders or files in the existing folder will exceed a predetermined upper limit value or not when the new folder or file is saved (Step S16). If the upper limit value will not be exceeded, the new folder or file is saved in the existing folder (Step S18).
