PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform unified management of transmission addresses for e-mail of clients to reduce the occurrence of distribution errors.

SOLUTION: In this electronic mail distributing system 100, a management server 101, an e-mail server 102 and a WWW server 103 are connected to one another via a network, respectively: and an operator screen 104 is connected to the management server 101 and the e-mail server 102 via the network. A new e-mail address is requested to the client, based on client information obtained through the Internet by the WWW server 103, or obtained by a telephone operator, and erroneous e-mail information obtained by the e-mail server 102, and a client information DB 110 in the management server 101 is updated.
