PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for an electroconductive coating film having a high leveling property and folding-proof, and to provide an electroconductive sheet imparting the pastea and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The electroconductive paste contains an electroconductive powder and a polyester resin having an acid value of 0.3 to 2.2 mgKOH/g. The polyester resin in the electroconductive paste comprises a polyalcohl component and a polybasic acid component containing a saturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acid generally designated by a formula (1): HOOC-(CH2)n-COOH (1) (where, n is an integer from 8 to 20).
