PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent high electric potential from being conducted to a worker via the conductive droplets adhering to an apparatus. SOLUTION: This electrostatic sprayer, provided with a gripping section 4 which is held by hand, an injection pipe 11 which is held at an end in its lengthwise direction by the above gripping section 4 and a spraying section 21 installed at the other end in the lengthwise direction of the injection pipe 11, is constituted so that liquid droplets D charged with high voltages are sprayed from the spraying section 21.
