PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating floor by which the appearance is improved when used in a residential building, a small object or liquid is prevented from dropping and a leg of furniture or the like is prevented from being caught in a slit of the grating without losing ventilation and natural lighting performances, and to provide a panel fitting member used for the grating floor. SOLUTION: A typical structure of the panel fitting member is that the panel fitting member 4, which is formed of an elastic body for fitting a plurality of transparent panels 3 on the grating 2 at a predetermined interval, is mounted between the grating 2 and the transparent panels 3. The fitting member 4 comprises a panel receiving pedestal 41 engaged with and fitted to the grating 2, and a panel fixing pin 42 engaged with and fitted to the panel receiving pedestal 41 to grip edges 3a of the transparent panels 3 in cooperation with the panel receiving pedestal 41.
