PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tungsten-copper composite powder in which the dispersibility of tungsten is satisfactory, and with which a sintered alloy with a structure having excellent denseness can be obtained in a simple process. SOLUTION: The tungsten-copper composite powder is composed of composite metal powder particles 5 comprising one or more particulates 3 each consisting of a central phase 1 composed of copper and a tungsten phase 2 covering≥50% of the surface of the central phase 1, and in which≥90% of the surface in each particulate 3 is covered with copper or a copper alloy (copper covering phase 4).
