PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display X-ray image data at a prescribed magnification in real time in the radiography while updating the direction of X-ray irradiation and the distance between an X-ray detector and a subject. SOLUTION: An image magnification calculating circuit 73 calculates the magnification of X-ray image data generated in X rays I.I.21 based on the angle of rotation of an X-ray generating part 1 and an X-ray detection part 2, the distance between the subject 150 and the X-ray detection part 2, and the distance between the X-ray generating part 1 and the X-ray detection part 2. Next, a real-size image data generating circuit 74 calculates a range of real-size projection based on the magnification and the maximum display range of a monitor 83 in a display part 8. Then, the real-size image data generating circuit 74 extracts X-ray image data in the real-size projection range among X-ray image data generated in the X rays I.I. 21, generates real-size image data, and displays the generated real-size image data corresponding to the maximum display range of the monitor 83.
