PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a handrail for a wheelchair user without sacrificing the amenity in a backseat in a vehicle of creating a wheelchair mounting space by folding the backseat. SOLUTION: The backseat 10 of a cabin R is constituted to be foldably stored in a driver's seat side. The handrail 40 comprises a fixed pipe member 41 on the side of the vehicle 1 and a movable pipe member 42 rotationally connected to the fixed pipe member 41. When mounting the wheelchair A by storing the backseat 10 and forming the wheelchair mounting space T, the movable pipe member 42 is turned and a clamping part 42a is positioned in a part not obstructing the mounting of the wheelchair A. When not mounting the wheelchair A, the backseat 10 is developed on the wheelchair mounting space T and the movable pipe member 42 is turned till the clamping part 42a is positioned rearward the backseat 10.
