The valve for the controlling of a fluid, and especially a gas, includes a shut-off component (19) which interacts with a valve seat (21) in such a way that a fluid flow is controllable through outlet orifices (29) leading to an outlet side (12) of the valve. The outlet orifices are formed on a perforated disc (27) which is installed in a recess formed in a valve cartridge (22). The perforated disc is a stamped out component or may be formed according to a micro-galvanic process.
