<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the subject of photography by a portrait taking device from being replaced by another. <P>SOLUTION: A photograph for monitoring the inside of a photo studio, including the face image of the subject of photography, is taken with a camera 12 to create monitoring image data before and after a portrait is taken with the camera 12 and BM data (biometric information) is acquired using a BM data acquisition device. The monitoring image data may be created on an irregular basis as an entrance sensor 13 detects the entrance of the subject of photography into the photo studio. The face image data, the BM data, and the monitoring image data are stored in a storage part 17 in association with one another.
