PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce development man-hours by eliminating the need to individually carry out development in response to the type of a control computer, and to effectively use acquired operation data. SOLUTION: The sequence control system 1 is provided with a unit sequence 13 carrying out a series of operations from an operation start to an operation finish of a unit, and an operation scheduler 11 having the unit sequence 13 carry out operations so as to conform to completion conditions of the unit in accordance with operation schedule data stored in a data buffer 12x. The unit sequence 13, and the data buffer 12x and the operation scheduler 11 are respectively placed in different computers 3 and 4 separately. The brand management computer 3 storing the operation scheduler 11 is provided with a data collecting part 21 creating past performance result information by combining past performance data and operation schedule data from the unit sequence 13.
