PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box-like casing structure in which positioning is easy, and assembling is also easy. SOLUTION: The box-like casing structure has a box-like housing 3 in which a rear one face is opened to have an internal space, and a box-like inscribed bracket 5 which is inserted into the internal space of the housing 3. When the inscribed bracket 5 is inserted into the housing 3, upper and lower, and left and right faces of the inscribed bracket 5 are located inside the housing 3, and the housing 3 and the inscribed bracket 5 are attached by settlement of the upper and lower, and left and right faces. The housing 3 is provided with springs 32a, 32b which urge any face of the upper and lower, and left and right faces of the inscribed bracket 5 so as to be abutted on an inner peripheral face of the housing 3 when the inscribed bracket 5 is inserted into the housing 3 from an opening face rearward of the housing 3.
