PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire, a tire state detecting device, and a wheel information processing device, capable of precisely grasping a tire state, and detecting an abnormal condition in early stages. SOLUTION: A bead portion 21d of the tire 21 includes a bead 28, and the bead portion 21d is fixed to a rim 26 by the bead 28. A conducting element 32 composed of a plurality of conductors is stuck around the bead 28, and a conductor group 35 pulled out from the conducting element 32 is collected to an input/output terminal 34. The input/output terminal 34 is buried in a surface of the tire 21. A tester 100 connects a connecting portion 102 to a connecting surface of the input/output terminal 34 to feed each conductor of the conducting element 32, and individually measures a current flowing in each conductor to detect a conducting state of each conductor. The tester 100 grasps a damaged part of the bead 28 and a degree of damage from a combination of non-conductive conductor, and estimates a risk such as coming-off of a rim.
