<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately give instruction, that it is difficult to utilize service to be provided by a narrow-band communication system caused by congestion of a radio communication path, to a user. <P>SOLUTION: This mobile station device is provided with: a frame control information detection means for detecting and extracting frame control information instructing configuration information of a communication frame and a use status of a communication slot, etc. transmitted from a base station device; and a congestion state judgment means for detecting a congestion state of radio communication from the frame control information detected by the frame control information detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
