<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal reducing heat generation from an outdoor unit. <P>SOLUTION: The radio terminal involves: dividing the radio terminal into a host processing section 15 conducting host layer processing, including connection establishment processing, and data frame transmission and reception processing and an arrival ensuring processing section 5 conducting arrival ensuring processing not included in a host layer; outdoor-installing the arrival ensuring processing section 5 as an outdoor unit 2 together with a radio interface 4 transmitting and receiving a radio wave; indoor-installing the host processing section 15 as an indoor unit 3 and connecting the host processing section 15 to the arrival ensuring processing section 5 through a cable 10; transferring an arrival-ensured frame, through the cable 10, to the host processing section 15 from the arrival ensuring section 5; and transmitting, through the cable 10, the radio-transmitting frame to the arrival ensuring section 5 by the host processing section 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
