PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the feeling of insertion when a disk cartridge is inserted into a driving device. SOLUTION: This cartridge is provided with: a disk recording medium 2; a cartridge main body 5 which rotatably houses the disk recording medium 2 and includes a recording and/or reproduction opening 13 to make part of the disk recording medium 2 face the outside over an outer and inner periphery; and a shutter member 15 slidably supported on the cartridge main body 5, and opens/closes the recording and/or reproduction opening 13 having a shutter opening/closing opening 17a on which a shutter opening/closing member 63 disposed on a recording and/or reproducing device 50 side slides and into which the shutter opening/closing member 63 is inserted.
