PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens which is used for a video camera and a digital still camera etc., is compact and has high variable power, and to provide an imaging device which uses the zoom lens. SOLUTION: The zoom lens comprises a plurality of groups and varies power by changing group intervals. The zoom lens is composed of a first lens group GR1 which has a positive refractive power and is fixed in a zoom, a second lens group GR2 having a negative refractive power, a third lens group GR3 having a positive refractive power, a fourth lens group GR4 having a positive refractive power, a fifth lens group GR5 having a negative refractive power and a sixth lens group GR6, and contains a reflective member G2 for bending the optical axis into the first lens group.
