PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module capable of preventing the center position of a lens from being deviated by the positional movement of the lens. SOLUTION: A ring-like lens position changing member 8 is held between an adjusting member 7 attached to the outer periphery of a lens holder 5 and a holder 4, and the members are energized by a circular energizing member 9. A cam surface to give driving force for moving the lens holder 5 in an optical axis direction is formed on the lower surface (contact surface side with the holder 4) of the member 8. By rotating the member 8 where the cam surface is formed around an optical axis, the adjusting member 7 on the member 8 and the lens holder 5 fixed on the adjusting member 7 are moved in the optical axis direction.
