PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front-door tread portion for a concrete building which effectively cuts out a conduction of a heat escaping from a concrete base part of the tread portion of the front door of the concrete building to outside, so that heat insulation of the concrete building can be improved and also a barrier-free structure can be built easily. SOLUTION: The insulation structure of the front-door tread portion 5 of the concrete building is composed in such a way that an adhesive member 2, a heat-insulating layer 3 of a synthetic resin foamed board 3 and a surface decorative layer 4 are placed one over the other on a surface of the concrete base part 1a. A compression strength of the synthetic resin foamed board composing the heat-insulating layer 3 is more than 14N/cm<SP>2</SP>while a heat conductivity is 0.002 to 0.055W/mXK.
