摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an oxalic acid coating film with superior adhesiveness, as a lubrication coating film on a stainless steel material to be cold worked. SOLUTION: In a method for forming a chemical conversion coating on the stainless steel material to be cold worked, the method for forming the oxalic acid coating film with superior adhesiveness comprises: forming a coating film mainly containing an oxalic salt in an amount of 2 g or more per unit square meter of the surface area of the stainless steel material by immersing the stainless steel material into a treatment liquid mainly containing oxalic acid; immersing it into an acid solution containing an inorganic acid to control a coating amount to 0.1 to 1.0 g per unit square meter; and subsequently immersing it into the treatment liquid mainly containing oxalic acid to form the coating film into 5 to 40 g per unit square meter.
