PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the delay of the transmission of control signals indicating the number of prize balls from a game control means to a put-out control means and to surely manage the number of premium game media not put out yet. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving prize ball REQ signals from the game control means, the put-out control means continues the ON state of prize ball BUSY signals for prize ball BUSY signal ON time and then turns them to be in an OFF state. The game control means subtracts the number of prize balls indicated by prize ball number signals from a total prize ball number buffer at the time of confirming that the ON state of the prize ball BUSY signals is continued for prize ball BUSY signal input confirmation time, and turns the prize ball REQ signals to the OFF state when the prize ball BUSY signals are turned to be in the OFF state. Then, when the contents of the total prize ball number buffer are not 0, the game control means switches the output state of the prize ball number signals and turns the prize ball REQ signals to be in the ON state. The put-out control means defines an error state when the put-out insufficiency of game balls is not dissolved even when a retry operation is performed and executes the retry operation again when the error state is canceled.
