摘要 Break-out bullet comprises of one shell (13) with gunpowder filling (16) and equal bullet (1), where a bullet (1) comprises of one body (2) with rear axle (6) and thick walls, in the axle of which is inbuilt one break-through CORE (3). The body (2) of the bullet (1) is solved in so that it is separated under control in the field of weakened thick wall, of at least one of its front part (5) and rear part (17) of a larger diameter, that matches to a gun calibre, for the stabilization and guiding the bullet (1) through the barrel. The break-through core (3) is inbuilt with radial air gap into body (2), in the outlet (19) on its front side. Between a front part (5) and a rear part (17) of the bullet (1), body (2) has one deformity wall (10) of reduced thickness, therefore for the field, wherein that part meets with thickened part (17) it forms a bursting zone of the front part (2), while the break-through core (3) comes to the part on the front ending (8), and the cavity between the front ending end core (3) and the neighboring part of the internal wall of the outlet (19) in the body (2) is filled with deformity stopper (4), the external surface of which makes at lest one greater part of the striking surface (20) and the bullet (1). The subject of this invention involves a production procedure of at least one radial notch in the body (2) of the bullet (1), while the rear part (17) of the body (2), is formed with larger external diameter, with at least one radial notch (12) of trapezoidal cross-section with symmetrical sides. Then the body (2) extrudes through a steplike outlet in calibre tool, all up to the required reduced calibre, where the material of body (2) in the field of radial notch (12) is made a nonhomogenous one and therefore there comes to deformity that the front side of the radial notch (12) is straightened in the direction of extrusion, and all up to a right angle on the axle of the body (2), along with the simultaneous increase of density of material in the field of the part, and its rear part is opened even more, along with simultaneous reduction in the density of the material in the field of the part.
