PURPOSE: A method of making a horse meat and bone extract by adding 22 herbal materials to horse meat bearing bones while lowing the amount of the horse meat bearing bones to less than 40% and then heating is provided. It eliminates the odor of horse and prevents the destruction of nutrients while providing pharmacological action of herbal material. CONSTITUTION: Meat bearing bones is heated with water at 95 to 100deg.C for 24hr. Then, 37% by weight of the horse meat and bone extract is mixed with 22 herbal materials, heated at 95 to 100deg.C for 24hr and filtered, followed by sterilizing. The herbal materials contain 5% by weight of Lycii Fructus, 4% by weight of Acanthopanacis Cortex, 4% by weight of Astragali Radix, 4% by weight of Flos Carthami, 3% by weight of Cordyceps sinensis, 3% by weight of Cnidii Rhizoma, 3% by weight of Poria cocos, 3% by weight of Pueraria lobata, 3% by weight of Zizyphi Fructus, 3% by weight of Paeoniae Radix, 3% by weight of Cinnamomi Cortex, 3% by weight of Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, 3% by weight of Laminaria japonica Aresch, 3% by weight of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 2% by weight of Rubi Fructus, 2% by weight of Schizandrae Fructus, 2% by weight of Torilis japonica (Houtt.) DC., 2% by weight of Zingiberis Rhizoma, 2% by weight of Semen Cuscutae, 2% by weight of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 2% by weight of Glycyrrhizae Radix and 2% by weight of high fructose syrup. |
