The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of food or beverage using Kimchi lactic acid bacteria. In detail, the method is comprised of extracting lactic acid bacteria from Kimchi made with cabbage or radish, and then incorporation of single or multiple combination of the extracted lactic acid bacteria or other lactic acid bacteria useful for human body to food or beverage. Consequently, the present invention provides highly nutritious and strongly immune- function ing food or beverage with useful lactic acid bacteria from Kimchi. |
