PURPOSE: Provided is hot pepper paste which contains anti-E.coli IgY and anti helicobacter pylori IgY, thereby preventing koreans from stomach inflammation(gastritis) by 80%. CONSTITUTION: Hot pepper paste, which contains anti-E.coli IgY and anti helicobacter pylori IgY, is manufactured by the steps of: selecting and washing soy beans, and followed by soaking in water for 8 hours, dehydration; dipping normal rice in water for 3 hours and followed by pulverization to give rice flour; steaming the soy beans and the rice flour in a weight ratio of 1:0.5; making a hole in the center of the steamed mixture of the soy beans and the rice flour and drying the surface thereof to give meju; fermenting the meju at 25-30 deg.C at room temperature for 15 days and followed by drying; pulverizing the dried meju; mixing the meju powder with hard boiled glutinous rice; and adding pepper powder, sugar syrup, salt and IgY to the mixture thereof. |
