The proposed method for measuring parameters of liquid or gas flow implies using three identical thermistors. The method consists in measuring the thermistor resistances in different instants, determining the temperatures that correspond to the measured resistances and the temperature derivatives, determining the parameters of the liquid or gas flow from the characteristic that defines the dependence of the heat exchange coefficient or thermal capacity of the thermistor on temperature, and determining the temperature of the liquid or gas by the following equation:
