发明名称 Verfahren zur Erzeugung von Industriegasen
摘要 A process for producing gas mixtures containing H2, CH4, and carbon oxides by a continuous reaction of hydrocarbons boiling below 250 DEG C. with water vapour (and possibly air) on catalysts containing Ni as acive metal on a ceramic support is characterized in that water vapour and hydrocarbon vapours are passed in a ratio of 1.5:1 and 3.5:1 at a temperature above 350 DEG C. and pressure of 15-45 atmospheres over a catalyst disposed in heated tubes which has been prepared by successively (a) sintering Al2O3 in special shapes at 1350 DEG -1600 DEG C. until the pore volume is 10-55% of normal; (b) impregnating with a Mg salt which is a precursor for MgO and heating at 800-900 DEG C. for 2-8 hours; (c) reimpregnating with Mg and Ni salts and reheating at 800-900 DEG C. for 2-8 hours; and (d) repeating (c) for Ni salts only. Examples describe the production from gasoline (the properties of which are given) of a gas containing 22% CO2, 0.9% CO, 13.9% H2 and 63.2% CH4 with a calorific value of 6650 K cal/Nm3. Other gases of different percentage composition (more hydrogen and less methane) have calorific values of 4850 and 3520 K cal/Nm3.ALSO:Cracking catalysts are made by (a) sintering Al2O3 shapes at 1350-1600 DEG C. until the pore volume is 10-55%, (b) impregnating the sintered oxide with a solution of a magnesium salt and heating at 800-900 DEG C. for 2-8 hours to convert the salt to oxide, repeating (b) using a mixture of magnesium and nickel salts as impregnants, and repeating (b) using nickel salt alone. Catalysts made in this way may have a nickel content of 8-15% and a magnesium content of 3-10%. Nitrates and acetates of Mg and Ni are usually used as impregnants.
