The present invention can be used in photometric devices, optoelectronic signal converters, data display devices, computing devices, elements with neuron structure, and other optoelectronic devices. The proposed multichannel photoelectric converter contains analog-to-time converters, the number of which is equal to the number of the channels of thephotoelectric converter, a ramp current reference signal generator, and additionally, photodiodes and current sources. Each analog-to-time converter is designed as a current signal comparator with an output voltage signal. The output of each converter is used as the output of the proposed photoelectric converter. The first input of the converter isconnected to the output of the reference signal generator. The second input of the converter is used as the input of the proposed photoelectric converter. The timing input of the ramp generator is used as the timing input of the proposed photoelectric converter. The advantages of the proposed photoelectric converter are its enhanced speed of response, increased accuracy and decreased nonlinearity of the output characteristic to the conversion of current signals instead of voltage signals
