This invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for production of steam for steam turbines and technological needs. The method for two-stepsteam overheating in steam boilers includes intake of saturated steam from the drum of the boiler, with heating it in convector steam overheater up to 280û 320IÑ, after that overheated steam is supplied to radiation or semi-radiation steam overheater in which it is overheated to 420-440 DEGREE Ñ and directed for use. This invention makes it possible to work without installing steam coolers in boilers, with provision of safety and reliability of operation and with decrease 8-10 times in the expenses for obtaining overheated steam at temperature 440 DEGREE Ñ.
