The device has a rigid tamper-proof panel (2), and a vertically sliding plate (12) coupled to an opening (10) of the panel. A locking unit (13) locks the sliding plate in a locking position and provides a recess (14) at its lower edge to allow connection of an electric cable with an electrical source in a service chamber. An automation closet (15) formed on the panel encloses electric and water control supply units. An independent claim is also included for a service and sanitary structure including service chamber and utilization chamber.
