<p>The self-build wooden block dwelling is for people, plants and animals and is suitable for multiple applications. It has a hexagonal shape and several such buildings can be formed in groups, particularly for use in catastrophe situations at home and abroad. Apart from the base plates and the roof, the dwelling can be put together without screws but by wedging of beam components. On the roof, a few plants can develop. Insects, bats and birds can find refuge in the roof space (31), human beings can move around in the inner space (32) and hedgehogs and amphibians can find a secure home in the floor space (33). The roof is composed of earth.</p> |
