摘要 A method for obtaining a bioactive product involves grinding grain, sieving the material ground for groats and flour fractions and packing. The grain is preliminary soaked up to a moisture content of 42-48%, germinated at a temperature of 14-23 DEGREE C for 3-7 days and dried up to moisture content of 8-10% while the temperature is raised from 40-50 DEGREE C up to 70-75 DEGREE C gradually.
