The use of N-acylethanolamines as the drugs for the therapy of atherosclerosis, the ischemic heart disease, the exertional and rest stenocardia, the acute coronary syndrome, for the treatment of the functional and organic impairment of the liver, for the preservation of the donor organs, for treating the opioid addiction, the CNS intoxications, for treating the states with the concomitant ischemia and hypoxia, reperfusion syndrome, oxidative stress, intoxications, drug addiction; for preventing the irreversible structural alterations of cell membranes, and for increasing the resistance of the organs and tissues towards the damaging factors.
