Invention relates to the branch of building and can be used for arrangement and reinforcement of beams and plates. The beam structure includes reinforced-concrete body with embedded items, tightening fixed at the ends with anchors, thrust element placed in the lower face of the beam, connected at the end of the beam by arm with tightening to one chain, those are at least two. The free end of the thrust is fixed on the embedded item of the upper compressed fiber of the beam placed between the nearer end and the middle, and the free end of the tightening element is placed on the imbedded item of the lower fiber of the beam placed between the middle and the opposite end. The arm interacts in hinged way with the lower face of the beam, and the thrust element is executed as triangle frame one vertex of which hingedly communicates with lower face of beam in the place of maximal bend, and two others - with the tightening element. The beam proposed is unloaded in the compressed upper zone of concrete, force between the compressed and the elongated zones are re-distributed, and increased compression is transferred to the middle lower section of the beam.
