A tunnel oven for baking national kinds of bread is made as a baking chamber, arranged as the inclined one, wherein a gas-heating system, made of separate gas pipes arranged along the baking chamber, is disposed and gas-jets, set out in the lower parts of the gas pipes, the upper parts of which are moved outside, and a conveyer bottom, adjusted according to speed of motion, which is dinamically connected with a drive. At the inlet and outlet of the baking chamber correspondingly a loading window and an outlet one are arranged. The conveyer bottom is made as a net and is connected with the drive through a regulator of speed of movement. The gas-heating system consists of two horizontal parallel rows of the gas pipes with gas-jets between which the conveyer bottom is placed. On the inlet of the baking chamber an additional exhaust pipe, and at the outlet a moistener, made as a pulverizer unit, are arranged. At the inlet, in the centre and at the outlet of the baking chamber temperature probes are placed.
